Commencement of the Table Tennis Tournament at Our Institute

Promoting sports and physical activities in all their forms is a core component of the educational philosophy of our institute. In line with this commitment, a table tennis tournament was organized for the students of the institute.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all participating students for their dedication and exemplary sportsmanship. Our special thanks go to the Institute’s Activities Committee, and particularly to Mr. Gasha, for their valuable efforts in supervising and successfully managing the tournament.

Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign | Health Unit Initiative

On the occasion of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Health Unit of our institute organized an awareness and prevention campaign focused on breast cancer.

The campaign included the distribution of informative brochures covering key topics such as the causes, symptoms, methods of prevention, and available treatment options for breast cancer.

Another part of the campaign emphasized the importance of performing regular self-examinations at home. This was clearly explained to participants through visual demonstrations to ensure proper understanding.

It is worth noting that a pledge board was also prepared as part of the campaign, where students reaffirmed their commitment by placing their fingerprints as a symbol of their dedication to regular early screening and preventive practices against breast cancer.

Seminar on Managing Exam Stress and Anxiety

During examination periods, many students experience fear and anxiety when facing exams. To address this issue, a seminar entitled “How to Overcome Exam Fear and Anxiety” was held on Thursday and delivered by Mr. Ahmed Jabbar for the students of our institute.

The primary objective of the seminar was to present scientific and practical strategies for effectively managing exam-related stress and anxiety, thereby supporting students in achieving their highest possible academic performance.

The seminar highlighted practical approaches to transforming fear into motivation, anxiety into self-confidence, and examinations into opportunities for growth and success.
